We were able to find the right size tub for our bathroom that fit our needs. The service was helpful. Barbara at the front is a joy to deal with. We had a small hiccup with an order and Doug himself called me and rectified the situation, stress free within 24 hours of the issue being raised. Would highly recommend purchasing your bathroom needs from Doug and Trevor. We are very excited for our new tub and toilet.

Wonderful experience and fantastic customer service from the owner himself and office team regarding an Artos shower cartridge needing replacement. They reminded me Artos has lifetime replacement and gave me the cartridge for free and guided me through doing the fix myself. Thank you so much. Highly recommended business and prompt, professional and friendly service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Tubs and More! Doug was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. He got me a fantastic deal, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Their showroom is impressive, with a huge selection of products on display, and unlike Home Depot or Lowe's, they actually had everything I needed in stock. That made the entire process so much easier and saved me a lot of time. If you're remodeling a bathroom or looking for quality fixtures at great prices, I highly recommend Tubs and More. Ask for Doug you won't be disappointed!

We can’t say enough great things about Tubs & More! This family-run store truly makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Rodney was exceptionally knowledgeable and played a key role in helping us choose the best bathtub for my son’s ichthyosis. The microbubble tub has been truly life-changing for managing skin conditions. Doug and his wife, the owners, are some of the kindest people and went the extra mile for our family. If you’re looking for an honest, reputable store for your bathroom needs, look no further. Their selection, expertise, and competitive prices far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the Tubs & More family!

Not only is this showroom AMAZING for actually trying out tubs and showers (toilets too)...their customer service is impeccable. The staff treats you like family, follows up after installs and makes sure you are completely happy. We sent friends to the store and they also received the same attentive service. Its a modern business with old-fashioned commitment to clients. Worth the drive if you need a tub or bathroom fixtures!
