As an interior designer, I have had the pleasure of working with Doug’s team on several projects over the years and I even worked with them when it was time to remodel my own master bathroom. Their “try before you buy” business model has allowed my clients to go into their live working showroom and actually use one of their tubs before they buy it! Who does that?!?! And not only does their showroom help my clients envision what their new bathroom will look like, it also helps them make selections more quickly and confidently. And Jan’s product knowledge is unsurpassable! There has honestly never been a question my clients or I have asked her that she didn’t know the answer to. Most impressive is the level of customer service my clients and I have received from Jan and the entire Tubs and More team. They always answer the phone, respond to emails promptly and deliver my orders when they said they would. And Doug is always in copy when an order is placed so he can personally thank me for doing so. Again, who does that?!?! In short, working with them has not only been a pleasure personally, but as a busy professional, they have made for an exceptional business partner and I honestly wouldn’t even consider working with anyone else.
