It's been over a month since our last transaction with him, but we got stuck waiting on our James Martin Vanities from Houzz.com and Floor & Decor. After waiting over a month, Houzz.com said the item got lost, and they could not track the package. Floor and Decor have no idea when the item would arrive. We explained to Trevor our dilemma; he said he could help us find a vanity that would complement our design; Trevor promised that we would have it the next day. The following day he realized that the vendor would not get it to us on time. He personally drove to Miami to pick it up and delivered it to our home in Plantation. Trevor is a man of his word.
